Lobivia pugionacantha v. albertii  is a stunning flowering, easy to care for spherical bodied cacti. It's native range is Peru, where it is found in deserts or dry shrubland. This particular cultivar is renowned for its long dark contrasted spines.

It is incredibly hardy and well suited for beginners or as gifts. They thrive in full sun to part shade and well-draining soil.
