Refund policy

Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, we currently do not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases. We may offer store credit or replacements at our discretion in cases of genuine postal mishandling backed by photographic evidence.

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have rights to refunds, repairs, or replacements for products or services that don't meet the consumer guarantees. These guarantees ensure products are of acceptable quality, match descriptions, and are fit for purpose. If a product or service fails to meet these guarantees due to a major problem, customers can choose between a refund or replacement.
