Shipping Policy – Owy’s Garden

At Owy’s Garden, we take great care in preparing and shipping your live plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in their new home. All orders are packed with attention to detail, using sustainable and protective materials to safeguard your plants during transit. We ship Australia-wide (Excluding Tasmania and Northern Territory) using Australia Post and other trusted couriers where necessary.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. To reduce the risk of plants sitting in transit over weekends or public holidays, we only ship from Monday to Tuesday. This helps ensure your plants spend as little time as possible in the postal system and arrive fresh.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot control delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers. Please note that shipping live plants does carry some risk, especially during extreme weather conditions or transit delays. We advise customers to track their orders closely and to retrieve packages as soon as possible after delivery.

Owy’s Garden is not responsible for damage or loss caused by postal delays, mishandling, or failure to collect the parcel promptly. However, if your order arrives in poor condition due to a delay, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping Rates & Live Plant Guarantee

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, we currently do not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases. We may offer store credit or replacements at our discretion in cases of genuine postal mishandling backed by photographic evidence.
