Commonly known as the Bishop’s Cap, Astrophytum myriostigma is a spineless, symmetrical cactus native to the highlands of Mexico. It features a star-shaped body with 3 to 7 distinct ribs and a soft grey-green skin densely dusted with white trichomes, giving it a silvery, matte finish. Valued for its geometric form and minimalistic beauty, it also produces lovely yellow, daisy-like flowers from the crown—making it a favourite for collectors and modern succulent displays.

Key Features:

  • Dusty White Flecking: Covered in tiny white trichomes for a soft, silvery appearance.

  • 🌼 Yellow Crown Flowers: Bright, fragrant blooms emerge from the apex in spring and summer.
